The Hub

Welcome to Allegro, Birmingham’s newest community of like-minded renters.

In April 2019, the exclusive to residents Allegro Hub will launch. The Hub offers services and facilities unlike any other community in Birmingham. It includes a friendly 24/7 onsite Resident Services Team. Their sole focus is to enhance the enjoyment of your stay.

You will have access to the Wellness Centre and The Lounge, which is filled with bespoke furniture tailored to create a comfortable club lounge atmosphere. The Lounge also offers free Wi-Fi and refreshments. Regular community events will feature and The Lounge will lead onto a stunning private courtyard garden.

Car parking and bicycle storage can be accessed from the Hub too, which also contains a Post Room and state-of-the-art Concierge Lockers. This facility combines with the Allegro App to notify you when your latest on-line purchase is ready to collect.

The Wellness Centre, within Allegro Hub, will be free to use. With an array of top of the range Technogym equipment over a huge area it will offer you a chance to work out or wind down.

Your Event Diary will include offers and deals for community events and Wellness competitions should you like a challenge!

The Allegro App offers unparalleled access to our services.

You can download a User Guide, find information about local businesses, book Resident spaces or services or report any problems or queries via the App. You can arrange to have your apartment cleaned, to set up a pet-sitting service and to drop off and collect your dry cleaning. You’ll also have access to exclusive offers from local businesses, and information about local events.

For anything that cannot be resolved via the App, the onsite Resident Services Team are available in the Hub. If you need help with anything, if you have suggestions as to how we can improve our services, or if there are events you’d like us to consider running please do get in touch.

No Fees!

Transparency is key at Allegro and we’re proud to provide a new type of renting, one where your apartment is not just a home, but part of the Allegro community.

Just to be clear, you will not pay any fees to rent at Allegro!

That means we won’t charge administration fees, referencing fees, check in or check out fees, contract fees or renewal fees.

And, to top all of that, we only charge a 4 week deposit (5 weeks if you have a pet).

We want you to love living at Allegro and to stay long term. That’s why we can offer you flexible tenancies of up to three years with break clauses along the way if you need them, and why we have an open door policy for pets.
