*To refer a friend please email their contact details to enquiries@allegroliving.co.uk, including your full name and apartment number. The £100.00 will show as a credit on your rent accounts in the month after the referee takes up a new tenancy at Allegro. Tenants who apply to rent an Allegro property via this referral scheme will be required to take the property through the Allegro team directly (not via a third-party agent), undergo our standard referencing process and to fulfil our referencing criteria. This fee is not payable to either party if the referred tenancy does not proceed for any reason. The fee is not payable to referees who are sourcing a replacement tenant to take over an existing tenancy at Allegro, nor is the replacement tenant entitled to the fee. This is applicable to tenancies agreed after 08/07/2026 only.
