Amit Kumar

Amit is our General Manager at Allegro Living and he manages all the aspects of the building. His immense experience in the hospitality industry and the student accommodation sector make him an expert in his field. Amit is here to oversee all the day to day operations and building management matters, and to resolve any challenging situation. With his fun loving and dynamic personality, Amit wants every resident to experience a world class stay at Allegro.

Laurence Walker

Laurence is our Assistant General Manager at Allegro Living and he supports our General Manager in all the aspects of the building. He also oversees our Lettings and Renewals department. Laurence enjoys dealing with people and is on hand to provide friendly advice on all tenancy related matters, and is keen to ensure that our residents feel welcome and like valued members of our amazing Allegro community.

Olga Oleskevic

Olga is your Lettings Assistant who is always at hand to help with any of your tenancy enquiries. She has extensive experience within the lettings industry and is here to support you throughout your journey at Allegro, from the moment that your offer is accepted, to when the time comes to renew your tenancy and to the day you decide it is time to move on. Olga's mission is to make sure your tenancy experience is smooth and hassle-free.

Sunny Singh

Sunny is our Lettings Negotiator here at Allegro. He will guide you through every stage of the lettings process, from initial enquiry and viewing through to moving in. Sunny enjoys dealing with people and helping them find a new home they will love. He wants our customers to feel a part of the Allegro community and with his vast customer service experience, he really knows how to build great relationships with everyone he comes into contact with. If you ever want to see a friendly face, Sunny is always on hand to lift your spirits! “It’s always Sunny at Allegro!”

Annie Bartlett

Annie is our Property Manager and oversees all things maintenance-related within Allegro. From when a resident initially reports an issue through to completion of the job, Annie will be your main point of contact. She has gained great experience from working for over six years in residential property management and really enjoys ensuring our Allegro community has a comfortable time here.

Forzia Nelson

Forzia is your Resident Services Co-ordinator, and her priority is ensuring your general day to day life at Allegro runs as smoothly as possible. Having previously worked within events and marketing, Forzia knows how to throw a successful party or two and to ensure people are having a great time. If you are new in town and want to know more about where all the best bars and restaurant spots are in Birmingham, Forzia would be more than happy to help!

Natalija Stolarova

Natalija is our resident services co-ordinator, who is here to welcome and happily assist our residents with any queries or requests that they may have. With broad customer service experience and a friendly personality, Natalija is approachable and knows how to deliver a great service. She is here to ensure that our residents enjoy their stay with us. She has an artistic background which brings a little creative flow to our day to day life at Allegro.

Albert Muthini

Albert is one of our two Night Managers here at Allegro and is responsible for all operations during overnight shift hours, focusing on the safety and security of residents and helping to build great customer relations by providing impressive customer service.

Albert possesses good, hands-on experience gained in the hospitality sector and fully understands the challenges associated with the role of a Night Manager. He possesses strong communication and leadership qualities, along with impressive customer service experience. As a true professional he is flexible in his attitude to work, meaning he can come up with tailored solutions to unique situations.

Nana Amoh

Nana is the second of our two Night Managers here at Allegro and is your first point of contact throughout the night. He oversees your safety, welfare and the security of the building.

Nana has a proven track record of success in facilities management, security management, health & safety, hospitality, housing, supported living, accommodation and customer services environment for over 15 years. He Inspires confidence with residents, maintaining complete customer confidentiality and ensuring communication channels remain open.

Kultar Sandhu

Meet Kultar, your Night Resident Services Coordinator. Kultar has 16 years experience working within the hospitality sector and really understands the importance of great customer service. He is a hardworking individual who is always willing to help residents with their queries. His helpful nature makes him a trustworthy team player who continually supports our residents and staff. Apart from his extraordinary customer service skills he also likes to troubleshoot maintenance issues on site.

Abraham Hansen

Abraham is our second Night Resident Services Coordinator. He brings with him an extensive customer service background which he acquired while working for over 10 years at some of the best known hotel brands, such as the Hyatt, Hilton and Crown Plaza. He will make sure that all your concerns are handled promptly and professionally.

Alex Badea

Alex is your maintenance assistant and his role is to make sure that all your maintenance requests are resolved in a timely manner. His priority is to ensure that we operate in a safe environment and he focuses on the health and safety of the building. He has worked previously in hotels and student accommodation and has vast experience in general maintenance. Alex has good customer service skills and likes to build a good rapport with our residents.

Callum Ridgeway

Callum is another of your Maintenance Operatives at Allegro, and his role is to make sure that all your maintenance requests are resolved as soon as possible. His priority is to allow our new tenants to move into their new homes without any issues, as he focuses on the works needed in our apartments in-between tenancies. Callum has amassed vast experience in general maintenance in previous roles working in hotels and commercial buildings. Callum is also training to become an electrician which he does at night school so will soon be sorting any electrical issues out for our residents too!
