Marie Williams

Marie is your Operations Manager here at Allegro and will oversee the day to day running of the onsite team and building.

Marie has worked within the property and hospitality industry for 15 years and offers a wealth of experience, all of which she will bring to ensure you enjoy your new home and to help build our new community.

Marie is Birmingham born and bred and is on hand to share her knowledge of this amazing city and what it has to offer.

Jessica Coates

Jessica is your Resident Services Manager. She has previously worked within Student Accommodation and is looking forward to bringing her warmth and enthusiasm to a high specification Build to Rent development.

Jessica will be on site to ensure that all of our residents have the best living experience that Allegro has to offer; from dealing with resident queries, to planning exciting events, Jessica will be there to assist you.

With a “My door is always open” approach nothing will ever be too much trouble.

Charlotte Stone

Charlotte is your Resident Services Co-ordinator, Charlotte will be your first point of call and the friendly face you’ll see at reception.

Charlotte’s main priority is ensuring life at Allegro runs as smoothly as possible. Having previously worked in a backpackers Hostel, Charlotte knows how to throw a successful party and ensure people are having a good time.

Charlotte is a little country bumpkin, she’ll apologise in advance for the accent!

Sunny Singh

Albert Muthini

Albert is one of our two Night Managers here at Allegro and is responsible for all operations during overnight shift hours, focusing on the safety and security of residents and helping to build great customer relations by providing impressive customer service.

Albert possesses good, hands-on experience gained in the hospitality sector and fully understands the challenges associated with the role of a Night Manager. He possesses strong communication and leadership qualities, along with impressive customer service experience. As a true professional he is flexible in his attitude to work, meaning he can come up with tailored solutions to unique situations.

Nana Amoh

Nana is the second of our two Night Managers here at Allegro and is your first point of contact throughout the night. He oversees your safety, welfare and the security of the building.

Nana has a proven track record of success in facilities management, security management, health & safety, hospitality, housing, supported living, accommodation and customer services environment for over 15 years. He Inspires confidence with residents, maintaining complete customer confidentiality and ensuring communication channels remain open.
